Djerba is an island on the Tunisian coast known for its Mediterranean beaches and white desert towns influenced by Amazigh, Arab, Jewish and African cultures. DjerbaGo is a tourist mobile app that will help promote the street art in Djerba Hood, our goals are to give more importance to street art, attract tourists, embellish the district, introduce new technologies and get the artists' message across a bigger audience.
Our main goal is to promote Tunisian street art through something digitalized. Before creating DjerbaGo we first started a brainstorming session to get a lot of ideas ↓ (in french)
After this session we got a lot of different ideas that we mixed up. That helped us make DjerbaGo an app with various features intended for visitors and artists. The part dedicated to visitors will be
a gamified tour of Djerba Hood with several quests and several options where visitors will have the opportunity to earn points, badges,..., and the part dedicated to the artists will be a way to leave clues about the meaning of their works, to exchange ideas, to make comments, to book places to share their artistic works,...
